Ashland residents and activists marked the sixth anniversary of the start of the Iraq war Friday, March 20th, with a demonstration held outside of the Ashland Post Office. This event was the third consecutive month the Chequamegon Coalition for Peace and Justice hosted an Iraq Moratorium event and attracted nearly 20 demonstrators. People of all walks of life and age came together last Friday to give a voice to the voiceless of Iraq and Afghanistan. The demonstration also made the front page of last weekend\'s edition of the Daily Press - Ashland\'s newspaper.
