Should be clear and warmer by Vigil time at the World Peace Bell. We are still observing the War Moratorium, standing for peace, talking to our fellow citizens about military spending and how it robs domestic programs. The 2 wars got barely a nod in the State of the Union address, and there was little mention of cutting military spending in the budget deficit discussions. Seems only logical that ending two illegal and immoral wars would go a long way toward easing the budget crisis.
